    We recognize that having your vehicle repaired can be a stressful situation.

    Much of this stress is due to unfamiliar terms, and poor communication. We recognize this and try to alleviate the stress by:

    1. Having all our counter people licenced with the ability to communicate with you and understand the problems with your car.
    2. Having fully licensed techs in the back who are trained to diagnose correctly the first time.
    3. When you pick up your vehicle we will show you the parts removed and explain what we did, and you are welcome to take these parts home.

    We recognize that trust is earned, and that if we’ve gained your trust, we’ve gained a customer.

    We have a clean welcoming waiting area with up to date magazines – including Oprah, and Tim Horton’s coffee with real cream.

    We offer free shuttle service within the area. At our downtown location you can drop off your vehicle for the day and we will drive you to work and pick you up after. No parking issues! Let us tackle downtown rush hour traffic for you!

    Knibbe Automotive Repair operates as two businesses in one – each location also operates as a Minute Muffler & Brake to quickly and professionally service your brake and exhaust issues.

    Knibbe Automotive Repair was established in 2004 as a family business. John and Charene, and their children Rose and Justin, are all partners and actively involved in running the business and keeping up their standard of trust and excellence. John, Rose and Justin are all Red Seal licenced technicians. Knibbe is the Dutch family name, and is pronounced Kh-Nib-Bee.

    The Crowfoot Crossing location was first opened in 2004 and took off with flying colours. A great many customers had known John for years through buying their Honda vehicles from him, helping make him one of the top Honda salesman in Canada for over 10 years. Many more learned to appreciate the honest, professional approach with which Knibbe Automotive is run. In 2007 the Centre Street location was opened and now, just a few short years later, is humming along with another amazing collection of repeat customers who trust the professional service provided.

    As Knibbe Automotive Repair continues to grow, keep your eyes open for a third location in the near future. A huge thanks to all of our loyal customers whom we have had the pleasure of serving!
